PATI Group — an e-commerce company that sells physical products into the US/EU market. Repeat-customer revenue is a large part of the company, and email/SMS is the channel that holds it.
Three things that define how we work:
- Lifelong learning. If you believe in lifelong learning, PATI is a fit. What we look for: you have paid for a professional course yourself, or taught yourself through YouTube, X, and social media, or read professional books regularly. Learning fast is a real advantage here.
- AI First. AI helps you work faster, but the first core capability at PATI is still thinking. AI amplifies your capability; it does not take over the responsibility of thinking. A fit: you like finding ways to put AI in so the work gets better, and you redo it when you can see it is not yet at standard. Not a fit: depending on AI, copying an answer to a colleague when you do not understand it yourself, or talking more than you ship.
- High performance. If it bothers you when your work is below standard, you keep time, you improve how you work, and you measure your own performance, PATI is a fit. Here decisions rest on results and data, not on feeling. We judge by measurable results, not by hours in a chair — that is why salary is reviewed 4 times a year.
I. Job description
- Build and run automated email/SMS flows in Klaviyo: welcome, cart reminder, repurchase reminder, win-back.
- Schedule and send email/SMS campaigns against the monthly promo plan.
- Review every email before it sends: spelling, layout, mobile and desktop, links, the right audience.
- Build on-site pop-ups and quizzes that collect email, and A/B test to pick the version that works.
- Watch sending-channel health every day: bounce rate, spam-complaint rate, sender reputation.
- Reconcile email revenue with real orders on Shopify and Recharge, report weekly, and propose what to fix.
- Work with Creative and Ads so email copy matches the live campaign.
- Do other work assigned by the Leader.
Pace: about 02–03 campaigns/week and 01 automated flow/month in the first 2 months. You do not need to hit this pace in week one.
What you will learn
Most job posts skip this, so we will be specific.
- Learn to diagnose instead of guess. Email revenue is down 20% this month — is a flow broken, did mail land in spam, is the list tired, or did store revenue drop while email stayed normal? Most newcomers cannot tell. You will learn to tell, on a live account.
- Learn what actually raises revenue: how you segment, how you set the offer, send cadence. Not changing the font or sending more email.
- Learn how to keep email in the inbox — a rare skill in the Vietnam market, and one you can take anywhere.
II. Requirements
Skills / Expertise
- A degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field. We prefer people who are strong at math and reading numbers — this job reads numbers every day.
- From 1 year of experience in email marketing, CRM, or retention.
- You have built automated flows and campaigns yourself in Klaviyo or an equivalent platform.
- Careful with detail: an email sent to the wrong audience is worse than an email sent late.
- English reading: documents and competitor sample emails are all in English.
Nice to have
- E-commerce experience, especially the US/EU market.
- You understand why a clean list matters more than a large list.
- You can read subscription reports and tell a customer who cancelled from a customer who dropped on a payment error.
- You can use AI to write subject-line variants and summarize numbers.
Attitude / Values
- Push back on the brief. If a flow does not make sense, if the audience will overlap a live flow, if the send calendar collides with another campaign — say so before you build, not after.
- Read the numbers and make a call; do not only export a report.
- Flag a blocker as soon as you see it; do not wait for the deadline.
- Proactive, eager to learn, good in a team.
III. Path
This is not a vague promise. This is the road.
- A1 (Junior Associate) — you work from an approved brief and check it so carefully that nobody has to check it again.
- A2 (Associate) — you read the numbers yourself, propose tests yourself, and hold the send calendar for the whole month.
- A3 (Senior Associate) — you own the full automated-flow system and can answer where this month’s email revenue went.
- Senior / Retention Lead — you own retention strategy and the churn number.
Rank criteria sit in an existing KPI table; we show it to you in the interview. Salary is reviewed 4 times a year, so the gap between two ranks is measured in quarters, not years.
IV. Benefits
- Pay: 7 – 12.5 million VND/month + Bonus, by rank A1 (Junior Associate) → A2 (Associate) → A3 (Senior Associate). Rank and the exact amount are discussed in the interview.
- 2-month probation at 85% of salary. Bonus applies once you are permanent.
- Salary review 4 times a year — twice as fast as the market.
- 13th-month salary, holiday/Tết and birthday bonuses, company trip.
- Full BHXH, BHYT, BHTN. Bảo Việt health insurance.
- All paid AI and analytics accounts are provided — you do not use the free tier or pay out of pocket.
This role is not for you if
You want a pure-strategy seat and expect someone else to do the building. Here you build, and the building is what gets you to the strategy seat.
