About
Come build a careerthat actually compounds.
PATI is the house where AI-first and high performance are the same company, not two posters in two hallways.

We run e-commerce for dietary supplements. In one year in the United States, sales grew 500%. That is not a deck we flash at visitors. It is what happens when people think before they tool, then hold the work until it is finished.
Companies still pay consultants to install “practical AI.” People come to PATI because that practice is already the job. We put AI into the real work of every field we touch. Not a demo room. Not a slide that dies after the all-hands.
A short stretch here is supposed to feel like a long stretch somewhere slower. The work is dense. The standard is public. You learn by shipping, by measuring, by teaching the next person how you did it. You walk out carrying a way of working that other teams are still trying to buy.
If you want a place that will ask more of you than a job description, this is that place.
Vision
We are building a company for people who want to own the work, not rent a job.
A renter waits for the next ticket, the next title, the next person who is allowed to decide. An owner sees the whole board: the customer, the promise, the cash, the team, the standard. PATI exists to put ambitious people on that board early, with AI in the workflow, so they stop practicing at the edge of someone else’s company and start running a real one.
Picture a Tuesday where the problem on the table is yours. You cut it clean. You put AI on the live work, not on a demo. You keep your word in public. You teach the next person how you did it. That is the picture. Not a scoreboard. A room of operators who could found, or refound, a business because they have already lived inside one.
If that is the career you want, the way we hire and coach for it is on Culture. Three competencies: Thinking skills, AI skills, and personal and managerial philosophies. They are how we grow owners.
If you can already see yourself raising the work, apply.
If you were hoping for a quieter story, there are gentler companies. We wish them well.
